Movement creates energy so the more you move the better you feel. Come and join our outdoor group fitness sessions or book in a one on one for some extra TLC and bring yourself back to life. Our classes are fun & full of variety so that you never get bored. And we do it outdoors so you are out in the fresh air and not stuck in a smelly gym. Check out our Bumbs, Mums & Bubs classes too.

Eat to Nourish

I used to be so opinionated when it came to what you should/shouldn’t eat. I used to have so many rules. I’ve since let go of all the rules and instead focus on how food makes me feel and use more of an intuitive approach when it comes to what I put in my body. You can only ever meet yourself where you’re at, so let’s start there and figure it out along the way.

Know Yourself

Knowing yourself is where all the answers lie… self awareness is the catalyst to change. This is my favourite topic and one I can’t help but share what I’ve learnt along the way. Our weekly Breathe sessions will also include practical self awareness exercises & meditations that you can take into your every day life so that you can have a deeper understanding of yourself.

Personal Training Sessions are designed exclusively for you and will continually challenge your body to take you to the next level, keeping you fit, strong and healthy. Sessions are fun and full of variety so that you’ll never get bored. All sessions run for 45 minutes and include combinations of boxing, kettlebells, cardio, strength & core work.
